Last night I participated in a fund raising event for a local center for underpriviledged kids in the community. It was a flag football game followed by a formal dinner engagement. The night was a huge success however, when I got out of bed this morning, I felt like the attached picture. Proof that the body grows older than we think sooner than we anticipate.
I know said pains for sure.

My man, I know what you mean. I was out cutting wood yesterday and this morning I thought I wasn't gonna make it out of bed.
